Summary:
As we continue to grow, our Human Resources team is looking to add an HR Administrator.  This role will provide support with HR administrative tasks, including pre-employment scheduling, updating employee records and reports, responding to employees inquires, and assisting with HR updates and communication.

Schedule:
  • This position holds normal business hours, with occasional travel expected. 
  • Based out of our Midland, Texas location, we support a hybrid work environment consisting of 3-4 days of in-person collaboration and 1-2 days remote.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain personnel records, rosters, and status reports.
  • Update key management and departments with employee status change events.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as well as day-to-day support with internal systems and process.
  • Assist with continuous updating and communication of organization charts.
  • Assist in the execution of special HR projects including employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support as needed with recruiting activities, including screening applicants, conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews.
  • Support updating career website and ATS with postings.
  • Schedule candidates for pre-employment testing, establishing timelines and tracking candidates through the process, providing updates to hiring leaders.
  • Maintain the Employee Referral program and ensuring payroll is informed for paying out bonus rewards.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in administration, business, or human resources.
  • Previous work experience in a Human Resources preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communicator both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
